We want you to love your glow, but if a product isn't the right fit, we offer returns on gently used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small return processing fee may apply.

Start Your Return

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it securely to your return package.

Pack and Ship

Place the items in their original packaging if possible and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location identified on your label.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
